For hygiene reasons, no returns are made on underwear
If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted.
If all the above conditions are met, Tsipouridiskids is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer.
In case of return of the products, the amount related to the value of the goods is refunded and not possible transport, cash on delivery or bank charges within 15 days from the date of receipt of the parcel
The christening packages can not be changed unless the product was damaged during transport or the wrong product was sent by our company.
